Vip has always been excellent at getting to the bottom of an issue on a project quickly, he has a way of making all parties feel that they are being listened to and understood.
During one particular project he took a very complex delivery schedule that to everyone in the room seemed impossible, he broke it down into its constituent parts, get the various parties in the room to talk to each other about the clashes and issues and systematically sort them out to the benefit of the project and as well as each party involved.
